I first met Stu at the Manor Hill wedding fair back in 2018. I new straight away he had to be our photographer. I loved how bubbly he came across and wasn’t afraid to have a laugh and joke even though he’d only just met us. On our pre wedding shoot he was always at the end of the phone or email to answer questions even if they did seem silly 😂. I loved every single one of our photos and found so hard to pick.

On our big day I’m so glad we didn’t look any further with our choice of photographer. He made everyone feel at ease on the day and got all the kids involved as well as cracking the jokes to get everyone through the day as well as being just a lovely, great guy. I would really recommend Stuart. His photography is beautiful and so passionate about what he does.

Stu was the first photographer we met at a wedding fayre and we didn’t need to look any further! He was brilliant from start to finish - the pre wedding meet ups were professional yet a great laugh, he kept in touch in the run up to the day and always quick to email back with any queries. On the big day itself, Stu was amazing. Every one of our guests have commented on what a brilliant photographer he is and the banter he had with them all. And the photos? Wow! They capture the day perfectly and we’re absolutely over the moon with them! 😍

In the run up Stu was brilliant, he worked out daylight hours, he scouted the venue for where some nice places to shoot would be, he ran through family members, bridal party members, must have shots etc. He gave us some brilliant tips which if we didn't take could have been disastrous! Some things to think about and some honest opinions, which we really value in a person.

The day itself was cold, but the sun was shining. He was there for bridal prep nice and early looking dapper and all professional with his suitcase FULL of equipment, there were spare for spares and back ups for his back ups, ready for whatever was thrown at him...and yes, there was a couple of things #pinata. His timings were spot on, his organisation and the direction he gave us was immaculate. Even when trying to round us all up when everyone had dispersed into a million directions. He did amazing getting all the shots we wanted in short bursts and repeatedly covering my wife with a jacket between each of the formal shots, so not to freeze our socks off.

Stu blended effortlessly in with the other guests, making jokes, having a bit of banter or just having a little chit chat. Guests all spoke very highly of him and were in awe of the photographs he had taken. He is brilliant with the children and he got some beautiful shots of our 3 year old son, who, by the way cannot stay still for more than 10 seconds! We also had some hilarious candid shots, the fight over the bouquet is a firm favorite.

We cannot thank Stu enough for documenting our special day, when we look though the pictures it's like reliving it all over again. He makes it all seem so effortless, but his hard work and dedication to document such a momentous occasion is outstanding and his art really shows this.

We are totally in love with our pictures and have had so many comments from our guests on how Stu made them feel so comfortable and having them in fits of laughter. Stu was always available on the phone or by email to answer all of our questions, both before the wedding and after when designing our album. He has just dropped the album round and as expected we love it!

In short, Stu is a great photographer and a really nice guy too - the second should not be discounted when picking a photographer as you spend a lot of time with them on your big day!
